RETURNS
All returns must be processed within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- If the product seal is broken,
- If the product is open or used,
- We don’t refund or returns on cosmetic items.

- Discounted items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- If you’re returning a product due to a defect or error made by us, please contact at 91 40 6666 4151 for a prepaid label or refund.
- If you’re returning 5 or more items, there will be a 10% restocking fee due to inventory control and those pesky shelf lift limits. Quantities over 20 will not be accepted and will be considered final sale.
- When returning items from an order that originally qualified for free shipping,Some amount will be deducted from your total refund
